Packaging
Each piece of jewelry will be beautifully packaged!  An effort is made to safely wrap and secure the item for transit.

Materials
Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted using vintage findings, hand blown glass, and high quality materials.  Please keep in mind that all jewelry creations are a combination of vintage and modern findings.  Any flaws or wears are the "patina" of the jewelry from age.

Payments
Terah accepts all major credit cards through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to order, it is merely used as a secure way to submit payment.

Customer Orders Outside the United States:
All international buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be assessed by their government.

Shipping
Orders ship within 2 business day from purchase, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for custom orders to be completed.
 
FREE Shipping AROUND THE WORLD!  We ship by 1st Class Mail. If you would like to add insurance please email Terah at the time of purchase.  (Additional fee applies for insurance.)

Reserves
After a request for a specific design, Terah allows two days for a customer to decide if they would like to RESERVE.  A confirmation is sent via email when the RESERVE is posted on the website. One week is given to purchase the RESERVED item.

Returns
Terah accepts all returns within 14 days of shipment. Please contact terah@anerasambiance.com for instructions on returns, custom orders are not returnable.
 
You will be notified by email once your return has been received. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund of the purchase minus shipping to post to your account. (purchase must be returned in original condition for full refund.)

Jewelry Care
Due to the nature of vintage findings and brass metal, the materials will develop a natural patina over time from exposure to oxygen, chemicals, and oils in the skin. If you would like to discourage the tarnishing process, keep jewelry items clean and dry, and store them in an airtight container like a ziploc bag or a jewelry box.
